Salou

Salou is a tourist and residential city that has consolidated its capital role as the leisure and service centre of the Costa Dorada through the diversity of its offer and the quality and quantity of its tourism facilities.

The main shopping area of Salou is at the far end of the promenade and is where you will find the Avenida Andorra. Around here you will find shops open in the day and most evenings.

Salou parks

Aquopolis water park:

La Pineda is a leisurely 20 – 30 minute walk or just 5 minutes on the public bus from Cap Salou which stops right outside the Festival Village Salou.

This water park offers something for everyone to enjoy, from small children’s slides to thrilling and exciting large water slides. Cap Salou

Just outside the main area of Salou a short 5-10 minutes drive west you will find the cove which is known as Cap Salou, which is home to the Festival Village.

New for summer 2010 the Festival Village will be offering large apartments on all inclusive with fun family atmosphere and entertainment.

Festival Village gives you the best of both world, a large family apartment, can sleep up to six people, and all the services of an all inclusive hotel in the relaxing area of Cap Salou. There's good transport links if you want to take the kids to Port Aventura theme park or some of the other nearby parks or visit Cambrils or Tarragona.
